Why Vinitor

The paperwork takes care of itself along the way.

01
No more typing up notes in the evening.

What happens in the vineyard gets documented in the vineyard. Task done, time tracked, spraying logged — right on your phone.

02
The e-records requirement is coming. For you it's already handled.

From 1 January 2027, plant protection records must be electronic and machine-readable — a PDF isn't enough. Vinitor captures the EPPO code, BBCH stage and area automatically as you go.

03
Everyone knows what to do.

You plan the tasks, your team sees them on their phones — each in their own language. You see live what's done and where work is happening. Even with seasonal workers, even without a training session.

Features

Here's what it looks like.

In the browser

The overview at your desk.

All your vineyards on one map — with area and grape variety. You pull your vineyards in via an eAMA export (INVEKOS-GIS) in a few minutes instead of tracing them by hand. And every job lands in that vineyard's history.

In the vineyard

The app for your team.

Pruning, canopy work, harvest: you create the task, your team sees it on their phones — with location, due date and priority. You see straight away who has done what. No notes, no group-chat chaos.

Invite your team.

Your employees download the app and see their tasks.

3
Work as you always do.

Tasks, times and sprayings document themselves as you work. And your field record book is done.

Frequently asked questions

What is Vinitor?
Vinitor is viticulture software from Austria. It combines a digital field record book, plant protection records, task management and time tracking — in the browser and as an app for your team.
Who is Vinitor for?
For wineries of any size — from a family business to a business with several teams. You add your employees and assign tasks the way that suits your business.
What is a digital field record book?
A field record book is the register of the areas you farm and of every operation carried out on them. Digital means: your vineyards sit in the app as a map, and work, sprayings and times are documented right there — machine-readable, exactly as the EU requires from 2027.
Does Vinitor meet the new plant protection rules from 2027?
Yes. From 1 January 2027, plant protection records must be kept electronically and machine-readably (EU Regulation 2023/564, postponed by Regulation 2025/2203). Vinitor captures the mandatory fields — EPPO code, BBCH stage, georeferenced area, authorisation number — automatically as you go and exports them machine-readably.
What does Vinitor cost?
User management and the field record book are free forever — no credit card and no expiry date. You pay for add-on modules by vine area; the pricing page shows the exact price for your winery. There's no minimum fee and no contract lock-in.
Can I bring my vineyards over from eAMA?
Yes. You export your vineyards from INVEKOS-GIS (eAMA) and upload them to Vinitor — the guide walks you through it. Imports from German and Swiss systems (e.g. FIONA, LAWIS) are possible too.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, GDPR-compliant. Your data belongs to you: you can export it any time, and it isn't sold or passed on.
What languages is the app available in?
The employee app is available in German, English, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish and Romanian — so seasonal workers without German can get going straight away.
Do I need training?
No. If you can write a message on your phone, you can use Vinitor. For everything else there's the documentation — and if you get stuck, you write to me directly (Lukas), not to a ticketing system.
